Estas son las 7 tendencias del sector inmobiliario para despu\u00e9s del Covid-19 y c\u00f3mo en The Simple Rent las estamos aplicando.<\/h3>\n

1- Digitalizarse o morir.<\/strong> En 2017 tuvimos la visi\u00f3n de digitalizar la industria, creando el proyecto The Simple Rent como la primera red inmobiliaria de agentes online del mercado del lujo, eliminando gastos innecesarios y reinventando la inmobiliaria del futuro.<\/p>\n

En la situaci\u00f3n actual, trabajamos diariamente con diferentes plataformas y herramientas. Realizamos m\u00e1s del 60% de nuestro trabajo de forma virtual y desde cualquier parte del mundo.<\/p>\n

2- Visitas online.<\/strong> Desde el inicio de la pandemia, llevamos poniendo en pr\u00e1ctica videollamadas con potenciales compradores e inquilinos. As\u00ed pueden visitar su futuro inmueble sin tener que desplazarse f\u00edsicamente. Ya est\u00e1bamos trabajando haciendo uso de esta tecnolog\u00eda antes del Covid, pero las visitas online han crecido durante esta situaci\u00f3n y suponen un ahorro de visitas f\u00edsicas del 70% con el consecuente ahorro de tiempo y dinero.<\/p>\n

3- Alquiler tradicional.<\/strong> Nuestro modelo de negocio est\u00e1 especializado en alquiler de media y larga estancia y gesti\u00f3n patrimonial. Nuestra actividad principal es la gesti\u00f3n integral de edificios de apartamentos, donde los principales inquilinos son directivos de empresas, empleados trasladados, deportistas de \u00e9lite, estudiantes de postgrado,… Que necesitan la vivienda, no de forma vacacional sino temporal.<\/p>\n
