No olvidemos que en Espa\u00f1a este tipo de viviendas se sigue revalorizando por encima de la media del mercado inmobiliario, seg\u00fan The Simple Rent.<\/span><\/p><p><strong>La consejera delegada de The Simple Rent, Sonia Campuzano<\/strong>, ha afirmado que la privacidad es una \u00abprioridad\u00bb para los compradores de viviendas de lujo. Buscan viviendas con amplias parcelas de tierra, alejadas del bullicio y con medidas de seguridad avanzadas, como sistemas de vigilancia y acceso controlado.
