Ha pasado de ser un 16% sobre el total de inversi\u00f3n en 2010 a un 27% en 2020. Es por ello, que los proyectos de construcci\u00f3n con fines de alquiler en Espa\u00f1a han ido creciendo tambi\u00e9n de forma destacada.
